Payment Plan Option

Mr. Nordini offers a payment plan for those spouses that are finding it difficult to afford legal representation in their case.  Payment plans are set on a case-by-case basis after Mr. Nordini has assess the case facts, status of the court proceedings, and the ability or inability of a spouse to pay a standard retainer.

With a payment plan, you can expect the following:

1) A fair payment plan set on what you can afford per month.

​

2) No large upfront retainer or payment requirement.

​

3) Full representation in court.

Payment plans are not available to spouses with a pending trial date or a trial date about to be set.  However, Mr. Nordini will asses the case and offer guidance and assistance on how to make your case more affordable under any circumstances.

Most importantly, is that you should not try and represent yourself for the following reasons:

A. Whether you like it or not, you will be hiring a lawyer at some point in your case.  People representing themselves generally scramble 30 days before a trial date when retainer demands are very high.  It's better to secure a lawyer at the beginning when it can be most affordable.
